SIA IN ADVANCE IMPORTANT RESERVATION POLICY

All SIA In Advance reservations are final sale. A $50 non-refundable digital reservation fee is required and delivered immediately upon purchase. Design and size selections are locked in at checkout and no changes are permitted. Production typically takes 60–90 days and may not begin on the date of purchase due to production scheduling, holidays, or reservation windows. Once your item is ready to ship, a final invoice will be sent and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 calendar days. If the balance is not paid or the order is cancelled at any time, the reservation is voided and the $50 fee is retained and may be issued as store credit valid for one (1) year

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SIA In Advance is an exclusive reservation program that allows customers to secure upcoming SIA Collective designs prior to release. By purchasing a reservation, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Reservation Fee & Digital Certificate

  • A $50 reservation fee is required to secure an item through the SIA In Advance program.
  • This fee is purchased as a digital product and is delivered immediately in the form of a Digital Reservation Certificate.
  • The reservation fee is non-refundable and confirms your place in the reservation queue but does not guarantee delivery unless the remaining balance is paid in full within the required timeframe.

*Store Credit Eligibility*

  • In the event of cancellation or non-payment, the $50 reservation fee may be converted to store credit at SIA Collective’s discretion.

Any issued store credit will be:

  • Valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance
  • Redeemable exclusively on www.siacollective.com
  • Non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash

2. Final Sale & Product Selections

  • All SIA In Advance reservations are final sale.
  • Customers agree to the design, color, and size selections made at the time of reservation.
  • No changes or exchanges are permitted once the reservation is submitted.

3. Production Timeline

  • Reserved items typically require 60–90 days to complete production.
  • The production timeline may not begin on the date of purchase and may be affected by production cycles, reservation windows, holidays, or other operational factors.
  • Customers will receive email updates at key milestones, including:
  • Production
  • Quality Control
  • Ready to Ship

4. Balance Due & Final Invoice

  • Once an item is complete and ready to ship, SIA Collective will issue a manual invoice for the remaining balance.
  • Customers have 7 calendar days from the date the invoice is sent to pay the balance in full.
  • Payment must be completed using the payment method provided in the invoice.

5. Failure to Pay the Remaining Balance

If the remaining balance is not paid within the 7-day window:

  • The reservation will be cancelled.
  • The $50 reservation fee will be retained and may be converted to store credit as outlined in Section 1.
  • No refunds will be issued.

6. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a customer cancels their reservation at any time, including during the 60–90 day production period:

  • The reservation is immediately voided.
  • The $50 reservation fee is retained and may be converted to store credit, valid for one (1) year.
  • No refunds will be issued.

7. Shipping

  • Orders will ship only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
  • Failure to pay within the required timeframe will result in cancellation as outlined above.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • The Digital Reservation Certificate is issued immediately to confirm participation and reduce fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Any suspected fraud may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of the reservation fee, and account review.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active and accurate email address
  • Monitoring all reservation communications
  • Paying the final invoice within the stated timeframe

Failure to receive or review communications does not exempt customers from these terms.

10. Company Rights

SIA Collective reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this policy at any time
  • Cancel reservations for fraud, abuse, or non-payment
  • Adjust production timelines as needed
