REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if you’re not completely happy.
SIA COLLECTIVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUND ANY ORDER BASED ON OUR COMPANY DISCRETION. FURTHERMORE, IF SHOPIFY NOTIFIES US OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY (I.E. MULTIPLE RETURNS, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, ETC.), WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUND ORDERS BASED ON OUR COMPANY DISCRETION.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Shipping cost, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- SIA Collective guarantees against manufacturer’s defects. If you feel the merchandise is defective, please contact us by email at SIASUPPORT@SIACOLLECTIVE.COM
- If your refund request does not meet our standards, upon our discretion, a store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- “Sale” items and accessories are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Accessories include, but are not limited to, backpacks, bags, belts, duffle bags, glasses, jewelry, laces or socks.
- Preordered items are not eligible for return while in the production phase. Once the preordered item is delivered, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping cost, if applicable, are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS
- Send an email to SIASUPPORT@SIACOLLECTIVE.COM to request an authorization to return. All returns should be mailed to:

Please include your receipt/order slip and understand that customer is
responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly suggest obtaining a
tracking number for your return parcel.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping cost, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method and appear in your bank account according to timelines provided by your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution for your refund status after approval has been granted by Sia Collective.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed, subject to availability of items. Please contact us at SIASUPPORT@SIACOLLECTIVE.COM to request a return/exchange.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FOOTWEAR RETURNS
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. For pre-ordered items, return request must be made within 30 days of the item delivery date. Returns are accepted only if they are in unworn and sellable condition with all original packaging items included. We kindly request that you try your shoes on a clean, dry and protected surface, such as a carpeted area, to prevent any damage to the soles.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return standards.
Shipping cost, if applicable, are non-refundable.
GIFTS
Store credit is issued for all returned gift items marked as “gift” during purchase. If the purchaser did not mark item as a “gift” when purchased, an option for store credit or refund to the original purchaser is available.
PREORDER POLICY
Preorder items allow you to purchase, in advance, an item that will be produced and shipped later. Please understand, after a preorder purchase is made, no quantity, size or color changes are allowed during the production and delivery phase.
Your preorder purchase will be charged to your method of payment at the time of purchase.
Production times can vary so please see item description at time of purchase for the most current production timeframe. Please note, all production timeframes do not include shipping and delivery timeframes.
