Important Reservation Policy

• All SIA in Advance reservations are final sale.

• $50 non-refundable reservation fee required.

• Design and size selections are locked in at purchase — no changes allowed.

• Balance must be paid in full within 15 days of the “Ready to Ship” notice.

• If the balance due is $50 or more at cancellation, no refunds or store credit will be issued.

• If balance paid is below $50, 50% (less the reservation fee) will be issued as store credit.
